Customer Service Officer (CS Hotline)
  • Efficiently and effectively handle customer enquiries for the Securities Department via the phone
  • Handle and follow up on customer complaints
  • Perform general administration duties to support the smooth operation of the department
  • Assist in preparing regular reports as assigned
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • High Diploma or above, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer services
  • Possession of HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent, and qualified to carry out regulated activities Type 1
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
