Customer Service Officer (CS Hotline)
- Efficiently and effectively handle customer enquiries for the Securities Department via the phone
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints
- Perform general administration duties to support the smooth operation of the department
- Assist in preparing regular reports as assigned
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- High Diploma or above, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer services
- Possession of HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent, and qualified to carry out regulated activities Type 1
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
