Key Features:

• Balance and Transaction Enquiry – Check your deposits, loans, time deposit accounts and details
• Transfer & Pay – Pay and receive HKD and RMB payment across local banks via phone number, email address or FPS Identifier and transfer or pay merchant bills instantly with FPS QR code
• Customized Shortcuts – Modify and arrange shortcuts to your frequently-used features
• Security Authentication – Login to PBHK Digi using Face ID/Touch ID/Fingerprint

Eligibility:

• You must have a valid and activated Net Banking account of the Bank;
• You must have a valid Hong Kong mobile number registered in the Bank;
• You must have a valid email address registered in the Bank; and
• You must have the PBHK Digi mobile application installed in the supported mobile device.

Supported Mobile Device:

• iPhone with iOS version 12.0 or above (excluding Beta version)
• Android mobile devices with Android OS version 8.0 or above (excluding Beta version)
• Face ID/Touch ID authentication is supported on iPhone with Face ID/Touch ID
• Fingerprint authentication is available on Android mobile devices running Android OS version 8.0 or later (excluding Beta version).
